UK Sidewalk Sunday School

Did you know that we are well on the way to having our second Sidewalk Sunday School Truck in the UK.  Our first Sidewalk Truck is currently being used in London by Paul Sawrey at St, Mary’s in Edgeware in London.  The truck is available for hiring by groups or churches who want to use it to reach out to their communities.  For details of hiring and availability contact paul@stmaryslondon.com.  Paul completed training as an intern for 4 months with Metro Ministries in New York and now is currently the children’s Pastor at St. Mary’s.

Our second sidewalk truck is in the process of being converted. Barry Johnston also completed the internship in New York and has returned to the UK with a vision of taking the Gospel to the streets and the kids in the inner city areas of Sheffield, South Yorkshire by using the principles learned at Metro Ministries.  The truck is in it’s early stages of conversion and if you can help with any fund raising events to complete the work

Barry would love to hear from you at info@sidewalk.org.uk.  Already people are getting involved and doing sponsored sky-dives to raise money for the completion of the Truck.  If you are not that adventurous but would like to get involved in a project that will help to reach inner city kids and change their lives we would love to have you on board.
