Metro Overview:

'We Serve Hurting Children'

Internship Program

The Internship Program is exclusively for individuals seeking to rise above their own limits and discover a new potential in ministry. It will challenge you to reach a dynamic level of ministry you never knew existed. We operate two 4 month semesters of internship each year.  The Spring semester runs from early March to the end of June.  The Fall semester begins early September and concludes just before Christmas.

Where You Live

Bushwick Building is home to the interns and the Internship Training Center. This historic three-story building has been converted into dormitory style living quarters for both men and women. Here the interns eat, sleep, study, fellowship, pray, and become like family.

The chapel lounge provides a "family room" type atmosphere to hang out, watch TV, or make use of the computers available here.  The kitchen staff provide interns with three nutritious meals each day.

What's it take?

The Internship Program is a serious program.

It gets results and changes lives, yours and the people you're trying to reach. You just have to get to New York and we take care of everything else.
Interns are required to handle household chores such as sweeping and cleaning. It's a team effort and part of your service to one another.
